The order is dispatched after receipt of payment to the account.
Delivery time
The delivery time is 2 - 3 working days after crediting the payment to the account.
The package is sent immediately after the payment is credited to the account. The carrier (Zásilkovna) traditionally delivers in about 3 working days, you can track the shipment the entire time on the carrier's website.
Cash on delivery is currently not possible.
Exchange / complaint
Couldn't hit the right color? No problem, you can return the goods by sending them to Karolína Horáková, Střední 9, Brno 602 00.
For exchange / return, it is absolutely necessary to send the goods undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, I cannot fulfill the request for an exchange / return of the goods. The possibility of return and exchange also expires if the goods are made to order.
